heres a few images from my 'collections' exhibition a couple of weeks back in leeds. its was a really good evening, lots of mulled wine and mince pies.. all the prints will be available in my etsy shop within the next few days

craft candy mini fair tomorrow

tomorrow afternoon i'll be in sheffield for the craft candy mini fair at a pub called bungalows and bears. the fair is on from 1pm-5pm, a good opportunity for some last minute christmas shopping!

bust christmas craftacular!

i'll be in london tomorrow for the bust christmas craftacular. going to be a long and fun day. my train is at 6am! there will be lots of exciting things to look at, drink and hear. should be a lively day, and a good opportunity to get some interesting christmas presents for your pals.

fresh leaf zine fair

today i'll be at the fresh leaf zine fair at the art market in leeds from 12pm-5pm. the fair is organised by nous vous, there will be live zine making and wall doodling, spectating and joining-in are both good. hope to see you there

prints charming exhibition

tomorrow is the start of 'prints charming' an exhibition of prints at welcome home in glasgow. i have a few things in there including the typewriter above. all work is for sale and under £20! go and find yourself a bargain..

collections exhibition on thursday!

december has been a busy month for me so far.. 3 craft fairs down, two more to go and an exhibition of new work on thursday this week!

from 7pm-9pm on thursday 10th december i'll have 10 new screen prints on show in cafe lento, on north lane in headingley, leeds. come along and have a look, there'll be mulled wine, snacks and music too, 3 things that could be the makings of a good evening!

p.s. all work will be for sale, prices range from £10-£30, a limited edition screen print could make a nice little christmas present..

candy floss fair

this weekend i will be in sheffield for the craft candy christmas fair 'candy cane'. i'll be there both days sporting a range of handmade work by myself and my fine city friends

new products include 'cards for christmas' a pack of cards made by the fine city friends, a box set of winter themed prints by love to print that me and gemma both feature in, and lots of new limited edition screen prints...

craft fayre in leeds tomorrow

tomorrow i'll be at the christmas craft fayre at kirkstall abbey in leeds. its from 11am-3pm and is free to get in. (more info here)

my good friends henry and holly recently set up a company called odd pockets, they make snazzy pin badges, magnets, and will soon make posters, t-shirts and stationery too. they create lovely and simple designs, go check out their shop here.. its well worth a look!

COLLECTIONS.. an evening of prints

on thursday 10th december i will be exhibiting a new set of screen prints at cafe lento in headingley, leeds. its just for one evening from 7pm-9pm. the work focuses on collections, things that i collect. everything will be for sale, the prints are limited edition runs of 25.

fine city friends christmas cards

me and my fine city friends have just put together a set of christmas cards. there are 5 cards per pack, some screen printed, some gocco printed. the packs cost £8 each and are available now in my shop. i'll be selling them at various craft fairs over the next couple of months, and so will gemma, anthony and kate.

NEW! limited edition typewriter print

theres a new screen print available in my shop today, its one of my favourite typewriters a smith corona 'corsair'.

limited edition run of 25, each is a 4 colour screen print, hand crafted by me last week. they're £10 each and available here

craft fair on saturday..

saturday 14th november i'll be at 'the stalls' craft fair in leeds selling my wares from 10am-4pm. i'll have lots of new work on sale including a new zine, limited edition screen prints and christmas cards. the fair will be in a new location: chino latino which is directly opposite the train station.. come by and say hello.

heres a drawing i did for a postcard a few weeks back. as part of the 'final days' exhibition at the temple works in leeds phil kirby came up with an alphabet of people who used to work in the factory. read more about phil's quirky characters and see more illustrations of them here

memo colouring book

on thursday i created a walk in colouring book at the moleskine arty party at temple works in leeds. the event was the result of a project called the travelling moleskine project organised by the culture vulture earlier this year which involved moleskine journals being passed from friend to friend, each book had a different theme.

the book i contributed to had the theme 'things that look like other things'. i used this theme to create doodles for people to colour in. the image above shows some of the results.

the make, bake and grow fair last weekend..

for some reason unknown to me i didn't take any photos at the make, bake and grow fair in armley last sunday. i did take some photos of my stall the night before when i set it up on my kitchen table. this is pretty much what it looked like on sunday.
